Had an appt and brought my truck in to have a tire patched. After about 45 minutes they came out and said they couldn’t get the wheel off, that the lug nuts were over-tightened. I took it home and checked the other three wheels myself and every lug came off without a problem, as did four of the six on the wheel in question. The other two were seized badly enough that I used impact socket and a breaker bar to get them free. The tech told me he broke two sockets trying to get them off. I broke none. I can’t know this for sure, but my best guess is the impact gun was running in the wrong direction on those two before they realized it, which would explain why only the ones they worked on were seized. Separately, while I was waiting I watched a tech spend a couple of minutes talking to the wrong customer, going over a tire change and getting consent for work on a vehicle that wasn’t his. Meanwhile the customer whose name had actually been called, an older gentleman on oxygen, sat waiting and confused about why he’d been called up. I ended up going to the front desk myself to tell them they’d talked to the wrong guy. I’m not sure it ever got sorted out. The woman at the front desk was

I had my car serviced somewhere else yesterday and they patched one of my tires (for a fee). Today the low pressure tire light went on and I headed over to Les Schwab. Jacob found that the patch had been placed on backwards and he fixed it. This, after I couldn’t tell him which tire had the patch, so he had to do some investigating. As always, free of charge since I bought my tires from them. Thank you so much for the great service!

Popped by at 4pm due to a screw in my tire that was losing air quick. They got me in, told me 1hr 45 to 2hrs, and had it done within that time frame. Since it was a simple plug it was free of charge which I wasn’t expecting. With how busy it was before and after I got there, I’m super happy and impressed with how quickly they got to it. Drove all the way to Eugene right after that appointment. Thanks for the quick work all!

I walked in thinking I was about to buy a tire. I walked out with a repaired tire, my wallet untouched, and a mild sense of guilt for not being able to tip them. I was genuinely surprised by how great my experience was here. I picked up a big, juicy nail in the tread of my rear tire and started losing air pressure. I stopped by expecting to schedule an appointment and potentially buy a new tire, but the team was able to get me in the very same day. After inspecting it, they determined the tire could be safely repaired, removed the nail, and patched it up, completely free of charge. The whole process was quick, professional, and hassle-free. Honestly, I almost felt guilty getting that level of service for free. I wish there had been a tip jar because they absolutely earned it. It's rare to find a business that takes care of people like this. I'll definitely be coming back to Les Schwab for future tire and vehicle needs.

Friendly, professional staff. Fast service. I trust their recommendations. I was a store manager of a Firestone store , and assistant mgr. at two other stores many years ago. So, I have more knowledge about Tires, Batteries , and Accessories than your average customer. I have always found Les Schwab employees to be knowledgeable and trust worthy in their recommendations. This location is convenient for me. But I have received similar , quality service at other Les Schwab locations
